Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contract management project, including reorganizing documents and migrating them to a new system.
• Oversee the litigation log management project by reviewing case files and transferring data.
• Maintain and update the contract precedents library and consumer-facing terms and conditions.
• Support qualified lawyers with administrative tasks such as proofreading contracts and managing documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and completing due diligence requests.
• Draft letters and basic legal agreements, and assist with presentation preparation.
• Contribute to other projects as assigned by the Director & Heads of Legal.

Key Skills:

• Fluent in English.
• Qualifying UK/EU Law degree (minimum 2:1 classification).
