Summary: The role of a Litigation Paralegal in HMRC’s Legal Group involves providing essential support to lawyers in a variety of litigation tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with and coordinate international litigation, including liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research on advisory work, including legislation and case law.
• Support Parliamentary Bill work and secondary legislation tasks.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including meeting coordination and management information support.
• Assist in the preparation of Instructions to Counsel and other legal documentation.
• Produce summaries of legal advice and assist with criminal investigation support tasks.
