Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing templates and SOPs for legal document forms, workflows, and databases
  • Researching regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information
  • Assisting with managing our Intellectual Property portfolio
  • Liaising with external counsel on a variety of matters

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably within a corporate setting
  • Prior experience within law or as a paralegal is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in applicable field
  • Experience implementing and managing legal technology solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities
  • Strong desire to learn and take on more responsibilities

About the role: The Paralegal will work with our growing Legal team, reporting directly to Senior Counsel. This role will include handling high-priority projects related to developing processes and procedures, financial management and serving as a general resource. The incumbent will assist in all legal documentation execution on behalf of the legal team.

Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
