Summary: The PAM Test Analyst role is focused on software testing within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) for a global consulting leader. The position requires proven experience in PAM solutions and strong problem-solving skills, with a mandatory in-office presence for three days a week until November 2025. The role emphasizes collaboration and communication within an Agile environment, alongside a strong understanding of security compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct software testing within PAM and IAM frameworks.
  • Utilize PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft PAM.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman and SoapUI.
  • Manage testing processes with tools such as JIRA.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Adhere to security compliance standards and best practices.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in software testing, particularly in PAM or IAM.
  • Familiarity with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Microsoft PAM).
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles and privileged account security.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools.
  • Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk Defender are a plus.
  • Knowledge of security compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS).

Essential Proven experience in software testing, preferably within Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM). Experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea (Thycotic), or Microsoft PAM. Strong understanding of IAM principles, privileged account security, and least privilege access. Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Experience working within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. Experience with Cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Certifications such as ISTQB, CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk Defender are a plus. Knowledge of security compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS).
