Summary: The PAM Test Analyst role is focused on software testing within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) for a global consulting leader. The position requires proven experience with PAM solutions and API testing tools, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role mandates three days in the office and is available until November 30, 2025. Candidates will be evaluated based on their skills and experience, with only successful applicants receiving a response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct software testing within PAM and IAM frameworks.
  • Utilize PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or Microsoft PAM.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman and SoapUI.
  • Manage testing processes with tools such as JIRA.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in software testing, particularly in PAM or IAM.
  • Familiarity with PAM solutions and IAM principles.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools.
  • Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk Defender are advantageous.
  • Understanding of security compliance standards.

Essential Proven experience in software testing, preferably within Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM). Experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea (Thycotic), or Microsoft PAM. Strong understanding of IAM principles, privileged account security, and least privilege access. Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Experience working within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. Experience with Cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Certifications such as ISTQB, CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk Defender are a plus. Knowledge of security compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS).
