Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Privileged Access Management projects within the Life and Pensions client security transformation programme.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, security architects, and technology teams to define PAM requirements and implementation plans.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Oversee integration of PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar technologies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating, as necessary.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards including GDPR, SOX, and internal security policies.
- Provide regular reporting to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing complex PAM or IAM projects in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of PAM technologies (eg, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
- Solid project management background with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of risk, compliance, and security governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
