Summary: This role offers an exciting opportunity for both new and experienced TTP ICATS recruits to work on long-term industrial painting projects with day and night shifts available. Candidates will receive on-the-job training from seasoned operatives, and there are opportunities for overtime and potential direct employment by the client. A strong work ethic is essential, and candidates must provide a CV and relevant certifications, preferably with a background in decorating. Security clearance and a clean employment history are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on-site for 8-10 hours a day/night, seven days a week.
• Receive on-the-job training from experienced operatives.
• Enhance skills in industrial painting and decorating.
• Complete mandatory security clearance and background checks.
• Potential for direct employment by the client based on performance.

Key Skills:

• Relevant certifications (TTP Bronze or ICATS preferred).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Clean 5-year employment history.
• Clear D&A, Police, and DBS checks.

Salary (Rate): £21.50
