Key Responsibilities:
- Own paint processes across production and NPI
- Ensure process stability, repeatability, and capability (Cp/Cpk)
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Improve efficiency, cycle time, and waste reduction
- Support product launches and engineering changes
- Apply APQP, PPAP, and FMEA in NPI activities
- Ensure scalable processes
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Maintain audit readiness and process documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Track and report KPIs (OEE, scrap, uptime, efficiency)
- Use data to drive process decisions and improvements
- Support and develop junior/trainee engineers
- Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Promote safety, standards, and continuous improvement culture
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in paint/coating processes
- Strong knowledge of paint systems and automation
