Summary: The role of Paid Ads Video Editor at MISSION involves overseeing the entire video production process for paid social content, aimed at enhancing the brand's visibility in the natural performance drinks market. The editor will collaborate with athletes and influencers, ensuring that the content aligns with the brand's identity and performance metrics. This is a full-time position based in London, with a focus on fast-paced growth and innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the video production process, from concept to shoot to final edit, for paid social content.
  • Build ads using a large bank of internal videos and filming new content, including events, founder content, raw UGC, B-roll, VO, testimonials, and on-brand overlays.
  • Create platform-specific content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that drives performance.
  • Work closely with ambassadors and influencers to produce content for MISSION.
  • Build lightweight animations or overlays in After Effects (where needed).
  • Attend MISSION events (e.g. run clubs, sampling) to shoot and produce compelling video content.
  • Stay on top of trends in short-form content and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Be willing to jump into other areas of the business: organic social, design, events, etc.

Key Skills:

  • 2-4 years experience in video editing and production.
  • Creative editor with a strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, thumb-stops).
  • Understanding of DTC/e-commerce video creative.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Passionate about health, sport, wellness, and nutrition.
  • Extremely organized and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This month we will become the world’s first tea brand to be on the side of a Formula One car, after receiving investment from driver Pierre Gasly. Now being drunk by 6 F1 teams. This is a career defining opportunity. With secured funding from several athletes and a select group of experienced FMCG angels, we’re now accelerating our growth and are looking for a hungry, driven, best-in-class Paid Ads Video Editor to help turn MISSION into a household name. You will be our full-time Video Editor, owning the full production process for the brand across paid social content. A passion for health and wellbeing is a must.

  • Build lightweight animations or overlays in After Effects (where needed).
  • Attend MISSION events (e.g. run clubs, sampling) to shoot and produce compelling video content.
  • Stay on top of trends in short-form content and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Be willing to jump into other areas of the business : organic social, design, events etc.

Requirements

  • You have 2-4 years experience of some of the key responsibilities.
  • A creative editor who loves performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, thumb-stops - you get it).
  • Understanding of DTC / e-commerce video creative.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and Final Cut Pro (please attach portfolio to application).
  • Obsessed with pace, hooks, sound design, subtitles, and scroll-stopping edits
  • You are comfortable being on both sides of the camera where needed.
  • You are extremely passionate about health, sport, wellness and nutrition and it forms part of your daily life.
  • You are incredibly organised and are ready to move at a fast pace!
  • You always find a way to get it done.
  • You are a true people person, a great communicator and are able to spin a lot of moving plates simultaneously - no day will look exactly the same.
  • Experience with AI tools for video or design (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, haygen, Descript) is a plus.
  • You are ready for the fight… hard working, entrepreneurial and want to get your hands dirty.
  • Willing to be at our London office and out on the road 4+ days per week.
