Package Lead Engineer

Summary: The Package Lead Engineer role involves overseeing the design and technical specifications for Procurement Packages in the Building Services/HVAC sector. The position requires managing vendor design and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. The engineer will coordinate with various disciplines and report to the Discipline Lead Engineer while ensuring design assurance for subcontractors. This is a senior or principal level position based at the client's premises in Stockton-on-Tees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and technical specification for appointed Procurement Packages (PP).
• Coordinate inter-discipline, inter-system, and inter-area design input.
• Report to the Discipline Lead Engineer and collaborate with the Area/Package Project Manager.
• Manage technical support, oversight, and design assurance for subcontractors delivering the PP.
• Provide support for manufacturing design, testing, and construction/installation.
