Key Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial support to the CFO and other senior members of the Finance and HR/OD teams.
- Managing complex diary schedules and administrative tasks.
- Coordinating logistics and content for team events.
- Providing secretariat support for key meetings.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the function.
