Summary: Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Assistant to support senior Directors within a Local Authority Client in North London. The role involves providing high-quality administrative support to ensure effective service delivery across the Environment & Communities Department. The successful candidate will manage diaries, correspondence, and meetings while maintaining departmental processes. This position offers a contract of 3-6 months with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to Directors, including diary, inbox and correspondence management
- Organise meetings, briefings and travel, preparing agendas, papers and accurate minutes
- Act as a key point of contact, handling enquiries professionally and liaising with Members, senior officers and external partners
- Maintain records, monitor actions and support departmental processes to ensure deadlines and standards are met
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior management with diary and inbox management
- Experience handling correspondence, enquiries, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in organising meetings, preparing agendas, collating papers, and taking accurate minutes
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
