Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the CEO with diary management and time management.
- Handling general communications to Trustees and preparing for Board meetings.
- Booking and arranging travel, meetings, and venues.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Recording and submitting expenses.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in producing documents and reports.
