Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver seamless diary management, prioritise competing schedules, manage emails, and provide cover for other PAs as needed.

  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and assist with team management tasks including holiday tracking and diary updates.
  • Plan and support Studio events, socials, workshops, and act as a key point of contact for the division, handling urgent requests and maintaining confidentiality.

Job Description

Your Role: PA to Managing Director, Global Studios

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail orientated PA for our Managing Director, Global Studios. You will be working with a dynamic, creative and fast-paced team that brings together our fantastic podcast shows with best-in-class audio and video production and a large cross-functional team that supports all of this activity. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the newly appointed Managing Director, Global Studios . The successful candidate will play a key role in providing full administrative support, including but not limited to: diary management, representing Global Studios on behalf of the Managing Director in communications, coordinating meetings internally and externally, reconciliation of expenses and processing invoices, preparation of materials for meetings, event planning and organising and booking travel and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel, Diary & Inbox Management (60%) - Deliver seamless diary management, prioritise competing schedules, manage emails, flag urgent items, and provide cover for other PAs as needed. Organise and support internal/external meetings, arrange travel and accommodation, and ensure smooth visitor experiences.
  • Finance & Administration (20%) - Manage invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and assist with team management tasks including holiday tracking and diary updates.
  • Events & Team Support (20%) - Plan and support Studio events, socials, workshops, and act as a key point of contact for the division, handling urgent requests and maintaining confidentiality.
