We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident individual to join our team as a PA & Directorate Coordinator within the Womens and Sexual Health Division. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent IT literacy and a strong background in administrative or secretarial support. The successful candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritise competing demands, and build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels. To provide a full secretarial support service to consultants and members of their teams in respect to their general medical duties, diary management and specialist work. To act independently ensuring that daily tasks and ongoing workloads are prioritised and completed in agreed timeframes. The post holder will co-ordinate a key series of Directorate/Divisional Management Governance and operational meetings by providing minutes, papers and the booking of rooms and hospitality as required. The post holder should take responsibility for a full range of duties and all administrative and organisational tasks on an on-going basis.
