You conducted end to end purchasing activities as well as P2P (purchase to pay)?

Then the role of operations manager is the right fit for you?

Our client who is one of the largest service providers in Switzerland is looking to onboard an Operations Manager who will fully focus on Purchase to Pay (P2P) activities.

Your tasks would be to improve existing purchase to pay delivery and process, drive accountability and E2E ownership (responsiveness, quality, effectivness), as well as to measure whether or not certain KPI's have been achieved.

In addition, you will work closely with the IT department in order to assess what kind of changes and transformations are needed, such as: P2P system, supplier onboarding etc.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a general experience when it comes to ERP systems such as SAP or COUPA, and most importantly good communication skills are also needed since you are going to drive the change related to the process improvements.

Language wise, fluency when it comes to English is a must while German would come as a plus.

This is a 6 month 100% workload role and the location of work is Zurich.
