Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface between internal teams and outsourced service providers
- Provide real-time insight, analysis and advice on outsourced service performance
- Manage supplier relationships, governance forums, and issue resolution
- Oversee contractual change, financial controls, invoicing and budget tracking
- Analyse SLAs, KPIs and performance data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements
- Support continuous improvement across outsourced operations and service models
Key Skills:
- Strong experience working with outsourced or shared service delivery models
- Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High analytical capability with excellent attention to detail and financial acumen
