Summary: The Outsourcing Consultant will be responsible for managing strategic service providers within a regulated environment, acting as the primary interface between internal teams and outsourced services. This hybrid role involves business partnering and contract management, providing insights and analysis on service performance while overseeing supplier relationships and governance. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and major change programmes. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface between internal teams and outsourced service providers
- Provide real-time insight, analysis and advice on outsourced service performance
- Manage supplier relationships, governance forums, and issue resolution
- Oversee contractual change, financial controls, invoicing and budget tracking
- Analyse SLAs, KPIs and performance data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements
- Support continuous improvement across outsourced operations and service models
Key Skills:
- Strong experience working with outsourced or shared service delivery models
- Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High analytical capability with excellent attention to detail and financial acumen
- Confidence interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, actionable insight
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills
- Desirable: Experience within insurance or financial services
- Exposure to managed service contracts, SLAs and third-party risk frameworks
