Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 tutoring support to a non-verbal student.
- Deliver differentiated National Curriculum core subjects.
- Utilize learning through play techniques.
- Implement Makaton, phonics, and PECs as needed.
- Manage behavior effectively in a face-to-face community setting.
- Work within the school hours, 2 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Key Skills:
- Experience in teaching English, Maths, Science, or SEN classes.
- QTS status or equivalent, or unqualified with two years' teaching experience.
- Experience with SEMH, ASD, EBD, and associated complex needs.
- Exceptional behavior management strategies.
- Ability to work face-to-face within the community.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a UK school.
