Outreach Tutor - Barnet- £30-£35 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Outreach Tutor to support students in their homes across Barnet. This is a rewarding opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require additional support outside of a mainstream school setting.

The Role: As an Outreach Tutor, you will deliver tailored sessions to students in their homes, supporting their academic progress and engagement with learning. You will be working with pupils who may have SEN, SEMH needs, or who are currently out of education, requiring a flexible and patient approach.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working as a Tutor, Teacher, or SEN specialist
  • Strong understanding of SEN and/or SEMH needs
  • Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
