Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop OT network infrastructure and server architectures
- Produce and maintain network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation
- Deliver engineering tasks across multiple projects to scope, schedule, and quality
- Support system integration, FAT/SAT testing, and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and system integration issues
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders for secure OT integration
- Contribute to technical decisions, risk management, and project delivery alignment
- Support continuous improvement, value engineering, and engineering standards
- Provide technical input for proposals and business development when required
Key Skills:
- Degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Network Engineering, IT, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in OT networking, industrial networks, or control systems
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and OT cybersecurity concepts
- OT network design, infrastructure deployment, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of networking principles and system architectures
- Experience with system integration, FAT/SAT, and commissioning
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and control system documentation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

The role involves supporting projects from design through integration, testing, and commissioning, while ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and safety. Working across multiple projects, you will take ownership of technical deliverables, contribute to system architecture decisions, and support continuous improvement of engineering standards and processes.
