Experience of project management, managing multiple and often conflicting priorities across widespread teams/geographies
Experience of successfully delivering Business Change & Technology Projects across geographically widespread businesses within a federated environment.

The Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of OT cyber transformation initiatives within the OT & Manufacturing workstream, operating under the direction of a Workstream Lead. Initially, the role will focus on the rollout of OT Monitoring to priority manufacturing sites, working closely with site leadership, engineering, operations, and cyber teams to coordinate deployment activities, schedule delivery, and align the budgets, resources, and local support required for successful implementation.
The role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, maintaining effective governance and controls, and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required security, regulatory, and quality standards. Working across cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors, the Delivery Lead will maintain delivery momentum, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned and informed throughout the programme lifecycle.
As the OT security transformation programme matures, the role may also support and lead additional initiatives including IT/OT network segregation and Secure Remote Access, helping to strengthen the security and resilience of manufacturing environments across the organisation.
Key to success is the ability to operate effectively within formal governance and stage-gate frameworks, provide clear and accurate reporting, manage delivery risks and interdependencies, and coordinate service transition activities to ensure solutions are embedded, adopted, and sustainably operated post go-live. The Delivery Lead acts as a trusted delivery partner to the Workstream Lead, enabling informed decision-making, protecting delivery outcomes, and supporting the realisation of measurable cyber and operational benefits across the organisation.
