Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of a Digital Twin platform across 50 production lines.
• Run workshops to gather and standardize requirements from site stakeholders.
• Model process flows and define architectural components aligned with KPIs such as OEE, yield, and sustainability.
• Translate plant needs into use cases and support the design of simulation logic and data models.
• Validate system behavior with SCADA/MES interfaces.
• Travel to sites (20–40%) as required.

Key Skills:

• 15–20 years of functional and technical experience in Process Manufacturing, ideally within the CPG sector.
• Deep expertise in IT-OT integration, ISA-95, and Digital/Autonomous Manufacturing.
• Strong domain understanding of bottling lines, SCADA/MES systems, and plant operations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Native/fluent English.
