Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and facilitate minor and major adaptations to enhance safety and functionality within clients' homes.
- Perform manual handling assessments, ensuring safe practices and compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to create individualised support plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in line with professional and legal standards.
Key Skills:
