Summary: The Organizational Readiness Lead will oversee multiple work streams to ensure business alignment for go-live dates, reporting directly to the head of WMPI Americas. This role involves defining organizational setups, executing change management strategies, and designing training programs to facilitate smooth transitions. The position also requires reviewing and implementing policies to meet regulatory and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 15 work streams to ensure business alignment for go-live dates.
  • Define and implement the target organizational setup in line with business strategy.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for employee transition.
  • Design and oversee training programs for employees and clients.
  • Review and harmonize policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
