Summary: The OCM Lead is tasked with developing and implementing the change management strategy for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations project. This role focuses on ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user transition through effective communication, training, and change activities. The OCM Lead will collaborate with various business units to drive user adoption and mitigate resistance during the transformation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the OCM strategy for the D365 F&O transformation
  • Conduct change impact and stakeholder analysis across impacted business units
  • Develop and deliver communication plans, leadership messaging, and change updates
  • Partner with business and project leaders to drive user adoption and readiness
  • Lead training strategy, role-based learning plans, and end-user enablement
  • Establish change network / champions within the business
  • Identify adoption risks and resistance; define mitigation plans
  • Support cutover, golive, and hypercare with focused change interventions
  • Measure change effectiveness using adoption and readiness metrics

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years experience in Organizational Change Management for large transformation programs
  • Proven OCM leadership on ERP / D365 / SAP / Oracle implementation projects
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management, communications, and training
  • Ability to translate technical changes into business-friendly messaging
  • Experience working with global or multi-country teams
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prosci, APMG, or similar Change Management certification
  • Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or ERP-led transformations
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs is a strong advantage
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills
  • Structured yet pragmatic approach to change
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex delivery environments
