Summary: The Senior Business Change Manager role involves supporting the implementation of "Inquiry 360," a platform aimed at enhancing member inquiry management across various health plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and coordinate organizational change management (OCM) tasks and deliverables.
  • Apply the PROSCI methodology to execute business change management work in a B2B environment.
  • Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and technical leads to gather requirements and document lessons learned.
  • Create and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders across various tiers of the organization.
  • Identify and document OCM best practices as the project moves through different phases.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Business Change Management or Organizational Change Management (OCM) role.
  • Strong familiarity with the PROSCI methodology and its practical application.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically in documenting complex processes and requirements.
  • Prior experience in an IT-centric change management environment (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B environments or working with associations/federated organizations (preferred).
  • PROSCI Certification (preferred).

  • Candidates must be comfortable working onsite once per quarter in Reston, VA.
Pay Rate: $64/hour on W2 - All inclusive
Overview & Responsibilities
Work with a leading organization in the healthcare association space as a Senior Business Change Manager. In this role, you will support a high-priority corporate mandate: the implementation of "Inquiry 360," a platform designed to streamline how member inquiries are managed across 33 different health plans. You will work in a "two-in-a-box" partnership with a lead consultant to drive adoption and manage organizational transitions during the discovery and implementation phases of this three-year roadmap.
