Summary: The Organizational Change Management Lead will oversee change management initiatives across various projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the development and execution of change management strategies while managing risks and ensuring project accountability. The position demands strong leadership skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration across departments. The successful candidate will also support system-related initiatives and maintain professional standards in interactions with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of change management across multiple initiatives
- Coordinate closely with departments, subject matter experts (SMEs), consultants, leadership, and project teams
- Develop and execute OCM strategies, approaches, and timelines
- Oversee change impact assessments, business readiness planning, communications, and training initiatives
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets
- Monitor and report progress against OCM objectives
- Maintain open and transparent communication with project team members, stakeholders, end-users, and management
- Present technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences
- Lead meetings and executive-level briefings as required
- Utilize and support project management applications and tools to maintain consistency in reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
- Promote best practices in project governance and change tracking
- Lead high-profile, enterprise-level change initiatives
- Manage multiple OCM activities simultaneously
- Direct and mentor a small internal team
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business units
- Develop training materials and communication plans
- Ensure business readiness prior to implementation

- Maintain professional standards when engaging with senior leadership
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Project Management, IT initiatives, construction programs, or related operational environments
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects required
- Prosci Change Management Certification required
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, scheduling systems, dispatch systems, and mobility applications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
