Summary: The Organization Change Management Consultant (OCM) role involves leading complex organizational change management efforts, particularly in large ERP implementations. - 5+ years of experience leading complex OCM efforts inclusive of planning, executing, and measuring for the success of large ERP implementations.
- Experience with digital transformation and addressing the necessary culture change required when moving from siloed manual processes to standard, technology-enabled solutions.
- Executive presence, presentation, and communication skills required.
- Formal change management training and certification in structured change management methodology and best practices.
- Proven track record of results with client references.
- Proven skills and abilities in delivering stakeholder management, readiness, communications, training, and culture leveraging formal OCM approach and deliverables.
