Summary: The Organisational Readiness Lead is responsible for driving the integration process by defining and implementing the target organisational structure and ensuring a smooth transition to new operational frameworks. This role requires a combination of organisational management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills to align business strategy with operational execution. The position is based in London and involves hybrid working arrangements. The initial contract duration is 9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the target organisational setup, ensuring alignment with the integrated business strategy, governance, and operational framework.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to prepare employees for the transition, including leadership engagement, communications, and cultural alignment initiatives.
- Design and oversee comprehensive training programs for employees and clients to ensure a smooth transition to new systems, processes, and service models.
- Lead the assessment and transition of client, vendor, and employee contracts to ensure legal, financial, and operational compliance with the new business model.
- Act as the primary liaison across business, legal, compliance, IT, HR, and operations teams to drive integration success and resolve readiness challenges.
