Summary: The Organisational Design Consultant role involves coaching and mentoring team members in organisational design while supporting consultation exercises within a public sector organisation in Scotland. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor team members in organisational design.
  • Support the workstream lead in reviewing key areas of organisational design.
  • Engage in consultation exercises to capture staff views.
  • Assist in assessing organisational culture through effective questioning.
  • Provide independent perspectives at project boards and management meetings.
  • Advise on organisational design and structures based on previous experience.
  • Participate in team meetings to share experiences and recommend solutions.
