Summary: The Organisational Design Consultant role involves coaching and mentoring team members in organisational design while supporting consultation exercises within a public sector organisation in Scotland. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor team members in organisational design.
- Support the workstream lead in reviewing key areas of organisational design.
- Engage in consultation exercises to capture staff views.
- Assist in assessing organisational culture through effective questioning.
- Provide independent perspectives at project boards and management meetings.
- Advise on organisational design and structures based on previous experience.
- Participate in team meetings to share experiences and recommend solutions.
Key Skills:
- Experience in extensive consultation exercises for management structures.
- Proven track record in redesigning management roles in large organisations.
