My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead on a Contract basis.
The Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead will provide dedicated leadership for a major organisational redesign and transformation programme across the Responsive Repairs Service. The postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive restructure programme affecting more than 300 employees across all levels of the service.

About the role:: Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Responsive Repairs restructuring programme
- Develop and maintain programme plans, governance arrangements, milestones and reporting
- Lead organisation design activity across all levels of the service
- Support managers undertaking individual consultation meetings
About you:: You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring programmes
- Extensive experience within social housing repairs and maintenance services
- Local Authority experience is essential
