Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in Equities and/or Fixed Income asset class and end to end trade workflow.
• Document detailed requirements for order management systems.
• Implement and manage Order Management Systems (OMS), including installations, migrations, and integrations.
• Manage trade/market data and database/SQL tasks.
• Oversee a small team and coordinate project and vendor management activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business, and Ops teams.
• Engage in front office projects on both buy side and sell side.
• Utilize analytical skills to manage client expectations and project workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of FIX protocol and exposure to trading venues.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Order Management Systems (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Flextrade, Fidessa, TS Imagine).
• Subject matter expertise in Equities and/or Fixed Income.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol.
• Experience with detailed requirements documentation.

Order Management Systems BA/PM - London

Atrium EMEA are looking for an adept Order Management Systems BA/PM to be the Subject Matter Expert within the Equities and Fixed Income area of the Bank. You will be required onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote.

Essential:

• Experience with Order Management Systems (examples: Aladdin, Charles River, Flextrade, Fidessa, TS Imagine etc)
• Subject matter expertise in Equities and/or Fixed Income asset class and end to end trade workflow
• FIX protocol knowledge
• Detailed requirements documentation
• Hands on experience with implementations (install OMS, OMS migrations, integrations between OMS and EMS etc)
• Trade/Market Data management (database/SQL)
• Experience managing a small team
• Project and Vendor management (book of work/co-ordination/JIRA, Scrum, Agile/trading, client expectations mgmt)
• Experience with Front office projects (buy side/sell side)
• Analytical mindset
• Experience coordinating/partnering with Engineering, Product, Business and Ops teams
