Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in Oracle Fusion Tax Reporting Cloud Services (TRCS) and taxation principles. This role is essential for the successful delivery of a major tax reporting project for LSEG, ensuring the Oracle Fusion design is validated and sustainable. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance and effective integration within the system. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional knowledge to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Validation: Review and validate Oracle Fusion TRCS configurations and workflows to ensure alignment with LSEG's tax reporting requirements.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure system design supports global tax compliance, reporting standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Techno-Functional Expertise: Bridge functional tax requirements with technical configurations, including rules, hierarchies, and integration points.
  • Scalability & Sustainability: Advise on best practices for building a robust, future-proof tax reporting solution within Oracle Fusion.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, tax, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Integration Oversight: Validate integration between TRCS and other Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, Financials, etc.).
  • Testing & UAT: Support system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.
