The position requires the development and execution of transition plans, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure a smooth implementation. This is a 6-month contract that necessitates on-site presence 2-3 days a week and is classified as outside IR35. The role demands strong project management and leadership skills to drive the transition effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and secure necessary support.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate change management processes to prepare team members and stakeholders.
  • Track and evaluate programme performance during the transition phase.
  • Maintain detailed records of transition plans and progress reports.
