The role of Oracle Cloud Senior Test Manager will be responsible for:

• Working collaboratively with client businesses, the IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for implementation projects
• Lead and manage a team of test analysts (process owners and subject matter experts), motivating, engaging, and instilling a learning culture on the job
• Leading the testing services team, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to support and deliver services
• Driving a culture of ongoing process improvements, to enhance and expand the service offerings
• Leading and managing testing on project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and their hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing.
• Developing a deep understanding of the end to end HCM/Payroll solutions being delivered
• Defining testing requirements for the project based on solutions

Experience required

• Experience working as a test manager on an Oracle HCM/Payroll implementation
• Must have led test cycles for Payroll Parallel Run
• Must have experience with UK HMRC Payments
• Experience of hybrid testing models (client have a waterfall model so fixed cycles)
• Experienced in test strategy, issue management, issue resolution, identifying change request
• Ideally experience in Agile, Devops, JIRA
• Script automation is a nice to have
• Have a strong background within delivering test programmes within a Consulting environment
• Demonstrable experience of leading large teams (both onshore and offshore), for major test programmes
• You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, up to and including C-level executives with the ability to influence, build and maintain strong team and client relationships
• Strong people management skills with the ability to build a team with the experience to support client opportunities and projected growth.
• Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions
