Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employee and HR master data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform functional and integration testing across Oracle HCM modules.
  • Validate interfaces and integrations with external and internal systems.
  • Review reports, analytics, and compliance-related outputs.
  • Support defect management, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, test scripts, and validation reports.

  • Strong experience working as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM/Oracle Fusion HCM to join a major transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end HR processes, ensuring system configurations are accurate, testing integrations, and supporting business-critical HR operations.
