Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate end-to-end HR business processes across the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle.
  • Review and verify Oracle HCM system configurations and setup.
  • Ensure employee and HR master data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform functional and integration testing across Oracle HCM modules.
  • Validate interfaces and integrations with external and internal systems.
  • Review reports, analytics, and compliance-related outputs.
  • Support defect management, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, test scripts, and validation reports.

Contract Duration: 6 Months
