Key Responsibilities:
- Validate end-to-end HR business processes across the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle.
- Review and verify Oracle HCM system configurations and setup.
- Ensure employee and HR master data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform functional and integration testing across Oracle HCM modules.
- Validate interfaces and integrations with external and internal systems.
- Review reports, analytics, and compliance-related outputs.
- Support defect management, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, test scripts, and validation reports.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience working as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle HRMS.
