Summary: The Oracle Technical Lead role is a senior technical leadership position focused on overseeing the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud and workforce management solutions within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Delivery Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme replacing Legacy ERP with Oracle Fusion Cloud and a modern workforce management solution.
This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for end-to-end integration assurance, ensuring seamless integration between workforce management and ERP platforms within a complex multi-vendor delivery environment.
You will provide technical oversight across integration design, APIs, data mapping, and system workflows, ensuring master data integrity, robust integration architecture, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Key responsibilities:
