Summary: The Oracle Technical Consultant role seeks a skilled professional with expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance Oracle HCM Cloud functionality. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom extensions and user interfaces, integrating solutions with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve HR processes. This position is part of a strategic Oracle Cloud HCM programme aimed at modernizing user experiences. The role is contract-based and spans locations in Italy and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom extensions and user interfaces for Oracle HCM Cloud using VBCS.
  • Integrate VBCS solutions with Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, etc.) using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Work alongside functional HCM consultants and business stakeholders to deliver tailored user experiences.
  • Support existing VBCS and OIC integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with Oracle standards and customer governance.
