Summary: The Global Systems Administrator role is a 6-month contract position requiring a combination of on-site and remote work near Kings Cross Station. The administrator will be responsible for managing system enhancements and changes related to Talentlink/Oracle, ensuring timely delivery and proper testing in collaboration with the PMI portfolio team. This role involves close coordination with the recruitment operations manager and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of system changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, configure, document, test, and deploy system enhancements or changes affecting Talentlink/Oracle.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment operations manager and PMI portfolio team to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Ensure proper testing of system changes, particularly those with integration dependencies.
  • Work closely with integration developers, testers, and configuration experts supporting the Oracle system.
