Summary: The Oracle Redwood HCM Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in a major transformation programme by configuring Redwood features to enhance HR processes and improve user engagement. This position requires hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Redwood UX. The specialist will collaborate with HR and project teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation. The role is based in London, requiring on-site presence three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimise Oracle Redwood features across key HCM modules
- Align Redwood UX elements (eg Journeys, Dynamic Skills, Experience Design Studio) with existing HR processes
- Work closely with HR and project teams to gather requirements and apply best practice configuration
- Contribute to solution design discussions from a functional perspective
- Participate in testing and user adoption planning to ensure successful rollout
Key Skills:
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Working knowledge of Redwood UX features, including Journeys, Dynamic Skills, and Experience Design Studio
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and their translation into system configuration
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and feeding into design decisions
- Able to work onsite in London 3 days per week
