Summary: The Oracle Project Manager will lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme, ensuring effective delivery across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery across multiple Oracle Fusion workstreams within a wider ERP transformation programme
- Manage and coordinate multiple project managers, ensuring consistency, progress, and accountability
- Take a hands-on approach to planning, delivery, and issue resolution - not just oversight
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, SI partners, and internal teams
- Ensure timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance are actively managed
- Support end-to-end programme delivery from design through to go-live
Key Skills:
- Strong experience delivering Oracle Fusion/ERP transformation programmes
- Proven track record managing multiple end-to-end implementations
- Experience working in complex, multi-workstream environments
- Background within Higher Education (highly desirable)
- Ability to operate as a hands-on doer, not just a coordinator
