Summary: The role of Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager involves leading and delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a strong emphasis on the Compensation module. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a particular focus on the Compensation module.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate between business teams, technical teams, and Oracle consultants.
• Oversee configurations, testing, and deployment, ensuring best practices and compliance.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, and schedules, ensuring successful delivery.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules and third-party applications.

Key Skills:

• 7-8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including implementation and support.
• At least 18-24 months of experience as a Project Manager leading Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Oracle Compensation module and its integration with HCM Cloud.
• Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work onsite in Skanderborg 1-2 days per week.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile/hybrid project environment.
