Summary: The Programme Manager for Oracle ERP & Cost Transformation will oversee a complex business and technology transformation project focused on Oracle ERP and financial systems. This role involves managing a multi-stream programme that includes cost structure integration, process redesign, and automation of reporting. The position requires strong leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective governance and risk control. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Oracle ERP transformations and a solid understanding of cost management frameworks within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Manager – Oracle ERP & Cost Transformation

Location: Reading (2–3 days onsite)

We are hiring a Programme Manager to lead a complex business and technology transformation focused on Oracle ERP, financial systems, and regulatory reporting. This role will take ownership of a multi-stream programme involving integrated cost structures, process redesign, and automation of reporting across Oracle ERP, Primavera Unifier, and cloud data platforms.

Programme highlights include:

  • Implementing an Integrated Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) to improve transparency and reporting.
  • Launching a central Cost Book with historical and target costs to support forecasting accuracy.
  • Driving automation of Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRP) via Azure and Power BI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery across Oracle ERP, cost management, and regulatory reporting.
