Summary: The Programme Manager for Oracle ERP & Cost Transformation will oversee a complex business and technology transformation project focused on Oracle ERP and financial systems. This role involves managing a multi-stream programme that includes cost structure integration, process redesign, and automation of reporting. The position requires strong leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective governance and risk control. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across Oracle ERP, cost management, and regulatory reporting.
- Drive business process change aligned with financial and statutory requirements.

- Ensure robust governance, risk control, and delivery against business case benefits.

Key Skills:

We are hiring a Programme Manager to lead a complex business and technology transformation focused on Oracle ERP, financial systems, and regulatory reporting. This role will take ownership of a multi-stream programme involving integrated cost structures, process redesign, and automation of reporting across Oracle ERP, Primavera Unifier, and cloud data platforms.
Programme highlights include:
- Implementing an Integrated Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) to improve transparency and reporting.
- Launching a central Cost Book with historical and target costs to support forecasting accuracy.
- Driving automation of Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRP) via Azure and Power BI.
Key responsibilities:
