Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Fusion implementation across defence
• Drive HR, Finance and Commercial transformation
• Manage stakeholders at all levels and oversee teams of five to ten directors and ten to twenty professionals
• Collaborate with technical teams in an Oracle-driven environment

Key Skills:

• Government or Defence experience preferred or large-scale private sector transformation
• ERP Oracle Fusion and Shared Services expertise
• Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM technology stacks
• Familiarity with HR, Finance and Commercial analytics tools is beneficial
• Preferred certifications: PRINCE2, MSP Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, APM Chartered Project Professional, Project Leadership Programme PLP or Major Projects Leadership Academy MPLA
• Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
