- Design and govern enterprise project control processes including project scheduling, critical path method analysis, risk and delay impact analysis, and resource coordination.
- Take full accountability for delivery outcomes, including scope, timelines, quality, and functional accuracy.
- Drive planning, execution, and tracking of large-scale project controls implementations.
- Lead and manage a team of Primavera functional consultants, schedulers, and technical specialists.
- Manage and maintain enterprise project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Provide hands-on leadership for installation, upgrades, health checks, and cloud migration of Primavera applications.
