Oracle PPM Integration Consultant
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Oracle PPM Integration Consultant based in Hampshire for an initial 6 month contract.

Role 1 – Functional Lead Owns the end-to-end functional design. Leads requirement capture and process definition, aligns stakeholders on to-be ways of working, and ensures functional outcomes are met across planning, cost, risk, governance and reporting. Coordinates functional analysts and acts as the primary functional interface to the client, the Primavera team (RPC), and the rest of the integration/technical delivery team.
Key Skills:
- Senior PPM functional consultant
- Multiple, full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle PPM Cloud
- Business process mapping (as-is/to-be), requirements definition, backlog management and prioritisation
- Stakeholder management and facilitation: workshops and sign-off management
- Cutover and adoption: comms, hypercare planning, and transition to BAU
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Primavera: planning/scheduling, WBS, activities, calendars
Role 2 – Integration Developer
Builds, tests, and supports the Primavera integration interfaces designed by the Integration Architect/Tech Lead, focusing on high-quality delivery through OIC and related platforms. Works from agreed interface designs and data mappings, implements error handling and monitoring, and supports SIT/UAT and cutover. Note: Primavera-side interface work, including data structures and APIs, will be provided by the Primavera team (RPC).

- PPM consultant
- Multiple, full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle PPM Cloud
- Build and configure OIC integrations (REST/SOAP adapters, orchestrations, mappings, lookups, schedules)
- Implement integration patterns: API-led, eventing/messaging, synchronous vs async, retries and idempotency
- Integration testing: unit testing, SIT support, test data preparation, defect triage and fix
- Error handling and observability: logging/traceability, alerts, dashboards (incl. Sentinel where applicable)
- Secure-by-design delivery: credentials/secrets handling, API security, least-privilege access
- Documentation: interface build notes, runbooks, support handover artifacts
