Summary: The Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant role involves managing end-to-end payroll operations using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud). Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud), including monthly runs, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Configure and maintain payroll elements, Fast Formulas, balance feeds, costing, and GL integrations
- Ensure statutory and tax compliance as per local regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS or relevant country laws)
- Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and go-live support
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and auditors
- Generate payroll reports using BI Publisher / OTBI
- Resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines
