Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant

Summary: The Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant role involves managing end-to-end payroll operations using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud). The position requires strong expertise in payroll configurations, compliance, and collaboration with various departments. The consultant will also support implementations and generate payroll reports. This is a hybrid position based in London or Leeds, requiring three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud), including monthly runs, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Configure and maintain payroll elements, Fast Formulas, balance feeds, costing, and GL integrations
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance as per local regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS or relevant country laws)
• Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and go-live support
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and auditors
• Generate payroll reports using BI Publisher / OTBI
• Resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines
