Summary: The Oracle Payroll EBS Technical Consultant/Developer will support a higher education client by automating manual payroll processes through technical expertise in Oracle Payroll E-Business Suite and related technologies. The role involves identifying current payroll issues and implementing necessary fixes to ensure an efficient automated payroll system. The consultant will also engage with various stakeholders to facilitate the process. This position requires a blend of technical and functional knowledge in HR and Payroll modules of Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current payroll issues and implement necessary fixes for automation.
  • Utilize technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite and PL/SQL to support payroll processes.
  • Create Fast Formulas using Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels to facilitate payroll automation.
  • Support the higher education client in achieving a fully automated payroll process.

Key Skills:

  • Technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2.14) and PL/SQL.
  • Functional expertise in HR & Payroll modules of Oracle EBS.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules, including HR, PAY, SSHR, AM, and OLM.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and creating Fast Formulas.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (desirable).
  • Oracle EBS functional certifications (advantageous).

Salary (Rate): 600
