Oracle Payroll EBS Technical Consultant-Developer

Summary: The Oracle Payroll EBS Technical Consultant/Developer will support a higher education client by automating manual payroll processes through technical expertise in Oracle Payroll E-Business Suite and related technologies. The role involves identifying current payroll issues and implementing necessary fixes to ensure an efficient automated payroll system. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with various stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with an initial contract duration of 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify current payroll issues and implement necessary fixes for automation.
• Utilize technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2.14) and PL/SQL.
• Engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Create Fast Formulas using Oracle BI Publisher.
• Support the automation of payroll processes for a higher education client.

Key Skills:

• Technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2.14) and PL/SQL.
• Functional expertise in HR & Payroll modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules (HR, PAY, SSHR, AM, OLM).
• Experience in creating Fast Formulas with Oracle BI Publisher.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (desirable).
• Oracle EBS functional certifications (advantageous).
