Summary: The Oracle P2P Consultant role involves working within a team to support Oracle Fusion, focusing on technical and functional expertise in various Oracle Cloud Solutions modules. The consultant will manage incidents, document requirements, and support the quarterly change and release management process. Collaboration with the Technical Delivery Manager and other specialists is essential for successful configuration outcomes. The position requires a deep understanding of finance-related modules, particularly in procurement and accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a team of Oracle ERP and EPM module technical leads to develop and maintain technical skills for Oracle Fusion.
- Build and maintain expertise in Oracle Cloud Solutions, specifically in Finance (P2P) Self Service Procurement, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Scanning, and Expenses modules.
- Manage and resolve incidents, collaborating with Oracle and third parties as necessary.
- Document technical and non-technical requirements and update configuration workbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Support the Oracle quarterly change and release management process.
- Represent the Oracle Fusion technical team in various forums and boards.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years residency in the UK.
- Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, particularly in Finance (P2P) Self Service Procurement, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Scanning, and Expenses.
- Experience in configuring Self-Service Procurement, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Expenses.
- Experience integrating and configuring Oracle Scanning solutions and Web Center imaging.
- Process knowledge of SSP, Proc, AP, and Expenses.
- Configuration of OOTB reporting tools such as OTBI and FRC, along with knowledge of standard reports.
